چکیده
Grey water contains organic matter that is directly disposed to the environment without any treatment previously, will cause pollution and impacting life in water. Treatment can be done using microorganisms. One of its kind microalgae Chlorella sp. which utilizes as a source nutrients for growth. In this study, Kaldness 1 (K1) bio carrier was added medium attaching microorganisms Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor (SBBR) process. The research objectives were (1) know maximum number both attached suspended (SBBR), (2) obtain best cycle time stabilization removal COD, Ammonia, MLSS grey conducted by varying (1.5; 2 2.5 hours) each four cycles with constant variation charging 30 minutes, reaction 120 45 separation carried out cycles, stirring speed at 60 rpm, concentration algae suspension SBBR 25% volume K1 20%. results showed cells 1.85 x 106 1.46 cells/ml. ammonia, found 1.5 hours 4 efficiency 84% 76%, respectively, an increase 4780 mg/l 4720 mg/l. It concluded faster time, more efficient be.

Effect of the C:N:P ratio on the denitrifying dephosphatation in a sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR).
A series of investigations were conducted using sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) to explore the influence of C:N:P ratio on biological dephosphatation including the denitrifying dephosphatation and the denitrification process. Biomass in the reactor occurred mainly in the form of a biofilm attached to completely submerged disks. Acetic acid was used as the source of organic carbon. C:N:P...

performance and kinectics aspects of nitrogen removal in a biofilm sequencing batch reactor
a biofilm sequencing batch reactor with a volume of 1.42 m3, nylon nets providing a 4,140 m2/m3 support area for biofilms and an automated operation with 8 hour cycles was studied. the duration of the experiment was 135 days. removal efficiencies e≥ 80% were obtained for carbonaceous matter, producing an effluent with 31±26.8 mg/l of filtered cod, 7±3.6 mg/l of bod5 and 12±3.2 mg/l of toc. the ...

متن کاملNitrogen removal in a Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor: effect of carbon availability and intermittent aeration
This study aimed to investigate the effects of carbon availability and intermittent aeration on nitrogen removal in a Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor (SBBR). The percentage of nitrogen removal in the SBBRs operating with dump fill and slow fill with optimum intermittent aeration was quite similar, 75.7% and 69.2%, respectively, indicating that intermittent aeration allowed a considerable energ...
